A. Test Core or…
T1: Side Planks, 20-40 sec/side, can rest 1:1 between sides. X 3 sets.
T2: Leg Lowering Practice/Core Control, 5 sustained reps
(until low back breaks from floor), 4-5 sets, rest as needed.
T3: 4 ME sets of HEAVY STS immediately followed by 45-60 sec
plank. Rest as needed.
T4: Same as T3 but your plank is 60-90 sec. Rest as needed.
AMRAP 30 all out (otherwise 65-75% Fitness Pace):
30 KB Snatch
10 HR Push-Ups/Push-Ups/10 1 Sec Negatives
