A. Movement Analysis: Hip External/Internal Rotation or make up.
B. Shrugs (upper pull)
T1-T3: DB Shrugs, 12-15 reps, 4 sets, rest 60-90.
T4: BB Shrugs, 4-5 x 5 sets. These are HEAVY. Rest 90.
*Shrugs are elliptical, not just up but then back and down.
B. 2x Max Sledge Strikes, 30 on 30 off.
2x Max Russian Swings 30 on 30 off.
2x Max Cals AD 30 on 30 off.
2x Max Plate GTO 30 on 30 off.
2x Max Gym Length Sprints 30 on 30 off.
