T1&T2: BB Box Squat to threshold @ 2111, 8-12 reps, 4 sets, rest 60-90. During your rest perform 10 banded lateral walks.
T3: Back Squat @ 2211, 5-8 reps, 4-5 sets, rest 90ish.
T4: 1 1/4 BS, doubles, for speed and tech. x 5. Add weight each set. Rest as needed.
B. 2 Minutes:

Max Sledge Strikes
Max Meter Row
Max KB Russian Swing, flip, to goblet squat
