10 Week Strength for Cyclists Class Starts January 4th!

Don’t miss our 10 week Strength for Cyclists build starting this Monday January 4th at 6PM!

Whether you are a roadie, mountain biker, multi-sport athlete, hobbyist or competitor, this class is for you.

Here are the details:

Class will be, Monday 6-7 PM

Course is open to the public:

January 4th-March 7th (10 weeks)

• Develop REAL core strength = greater postural endurance/less fatigue on the bike over the course of your event or ride
• Increase your power output on the bike through single and double leg strength work WITHOUT gaining mass
• Learn how to incorporate mixed modal fitness into your training regimen for BALANCE and new adaptation
